·  A sum of money or other resources set aside for a specific purpose: a pension fund.

A comprehensive term for any money that is set aside for a particular purpose or that is accessible for the satisfaction of debts or claims.

Use of school fund:-

 The school fund will be utilized on following:

·        Provision of free text books /stationary to the needy student’s

·        Education stipends to the needy students.

·        Maintenance and repair of school property

·        Requirements of teachers on construct basis where necessary

·        Purchase of instruction materials including computers.

·        Provision of missing facilities such as electricity, water pumps, toils, boundary walls etc

 Use of public fund:-

 Amounts provided by Government will be kept in “public fund”. this will include grant –in-ad and other amounts. Funds provided by the Government, will be utilized only on items for which specified. Works done under these funds will be supervised by SMC, members.

Use of Private fund:-

This fund will consist of the following:

• Farogh-e-Taleem Fund
• Donation from community
• All other amounts which have not been provided by Government.

 Farogh-e-Taleem Fund has been introduced by education department, Government of Punjab vide order no. SO(A-I)- 21/81-IV detail 6,august,1995.                                          Rates of Funds

Summary

 Government provided the amount and funds for the betterment of the institution and education. It will be utilized only on items for which specified.

Works done by the supervision of SCs. The amounts received from the students will called fund and it be utilized for the betterment of the students under the supervision of SCs.
